Terms and Conditions
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the Ping Network VPN online service — the website and the Telegram bot @pong_vpn_bot (the “Service”) — provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the Service — including launching the bot, registering, paying for services, or obtaining access to the Service’s features — the User confirms that they have fully reviewed the terms of this Agreement and accept them in full.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Service.
2. Nature of the services
2.1. The Service provides digital services of an intangible nature: access to an encrypted-connection (VPN) infrastructure, client applications for supported platforms, and related features.
2.2. Access to the Service may be provided through:
- the website of the Service;
- applications for mobile and desktop platforms and a browser extension;
- the Telegram bot @pong_vpn_bot.
2.3. The scope of access (access period, number of devices, supported platforms) is specified in the Service before the moment of payment.
2.4. The actual speed and availability of the connection depend on the User’s network, the location of the servers, and restrictions imposed by third-party networks, and may vary.
3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
3.1. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis.
3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:
- that the Service will meet the User’s expectations;
- the achievement of any financial, commercial, professional, or other results;
- uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service.
3.3. The Administration is not liable for:
- any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits;
- the consequences of the User’s use of the Service;
- the acts or omissions of third parties;
- temporary technical failures and access restrictions.
3.4. All decisions on the use of the Service are taken by the User independently and at their own risk.
4. Lawful use
4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organise, or facilitate unlawful activity.
4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service solely within the framework of applicable law and the rules of third parties.
4.3. Responsibility for the lawfulness of the use of the Service rests entirely with the User.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. All materials placed in the Service are protected by intellectual property law.
5.2. The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, transferring to third parties, or otherwise using the materials of the Service without the permission of the rights holder.
5.3. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in restriction of access to the Service without compensation.
6. Restriction of access
6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User’s access to the Service in the event of:
- breach of the terms of this Agreement;
- detection of abuse;
- requirements of law or of payment providers.
6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.
6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create increased risks for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.
7. Payments and refunds
7.1. Payment for access to the Service is made on the terms specified in the Service before the moment of payment.
7.2. Due to the intangible nature of the services, refunds are not made after access has been granted, except in the cases set out below.
7.3. A refund is possible only if:
- the service was not provided due to a technical fault of the Service;
- access to the Service was in fact not granted.
7.4. To have a refund considered, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment.
7.5. The decision on a refund is taken by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.
7.6. The User confirms the undertaking not to initiate a chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the support service of the Service.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum technical data necessary to operate the Service.
8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted information.
9. Changes to the terms
9.1. The Administration may make changes to this Agreement.
9.2. The current version of the Agreement is published in the Service.
9.3. Continued use of the Service means the User agrees to the updated terms.
10. Contact information
10.1. For all questions the User may contact the support service by email at support@pingnetwork.io or in the Telegram bot @pong_vpn_bot.
By using the Service (including by launching the bot and/or entering the /start command), the User confirms that they have reviewed this Agreement and accept its terms in full.
